"ChatGPT is free."

It doesn't know your car or your estimate. This reads the paper in your hand, looks up the hours for your engine, and pulls what the same car sold for near you. It shows you where its number came from.

"I have a guy."

Good. Ask your guy for the number, then tap this and see if they match. If they match, you have a price you can trust. If they don't, you have a question to ask him.

"Is 15 minutes enough?"

For most questions, yes. Checking a quote or a warning light takes a few minutes. If you need longer, add an hour for $60 from inside Kamochi.

"What if it's wrong?"

It shows its work. You see what the same car sold for, the hours, and the part prices. Take that to the shop or the adjuster and ask them to show theirs.

"Is this AI?"

Yes. It's built by an appraiser who did this for ten years. It doesn't touch your car. It reads the paper and shows you the hours, the prices, and what the same car sold for. It can be wrong, which is why it shows its work.

What phones work?

iPhone XR and newer read the card with nothing installed: hold it to the top with the screen on. Android needs the screen on and unlocked, NFC on in Settings, and the card at the middle of the back. Thick metal cases block it. If the tap fails, scan the code on the back.

Do I need an app?

No. Tap the card, or scan the code, and Kamochi opens in your browser.

What does $45 get me?

The card and 15 minutes of Kamochi. The clock runs only while you are actually talking to Kamochi, not while the card sits in your wallet.

What happens when the 15 minutes are used?

Add an hour for $60, from inside Kamochi. The card stays yours, you are adding hours to it rather than buying another card. Or move to the yearly plan if you would rather stop counting. Nothing renews on its own and nothing charges you without asking.

Does buying a card start a subscription?

No. Nothing renews. Kamochi Owner is a separate plan you choose yourself.

Does the card expire?

Your minutes are yours to use. Keep it in the glovebox until you need it.

Shipping and tax?

Shipping is free and the card arrives in 3 to 7 business days. Sales tax is added at checkout based on your address, and you see the total before you pay.

Can I start before the card arrives?

Yes. We email you a code when you buy. Use it at otto.obai.app/start and the card follows in the mail.

Which card do I need?

Someone handed you a number for a repair or a claim: the "Is that price fair?" card. You need a written value for the car itself, to send to someone: the appraisal card.
